|Founding Member||Jeff Civillico, Chairman and Founder of Win-Win Entertainment, is a Las Vegas-based entertainer who blends his perfected art of juggling with friendly audience interaction and insane amounts of energy. When Jeff is not appearing at major corporate events nationwide, he is performing his Comedy in Action show on The Strip. He is thrilled to have his own 4pm show at The Quad Resort & Casino. Jeff currently serves as President of the Georgetown University Alumni Club of Las Vegas and sits on the Board for University at large. He is excited to be on the membership committee of the Young Non-Profit Professionals Network of Southern Nevada, and to get more involved in the non-profit space.|
Debbie Bingham, President, who previously spent twelve years at Vegas’ #1 travel website VEGAS.com, is One Degree World Systems, Inc.’s Vice President of Business Development. An expert in all aspects of fostering and managing business relationships with high-profile suppliers, Bingham’s unparalleled knowledge of the travel market is unmatched. She has negotiated thousands of supplier contracts, provided and supported technology for her partners and learned the intricacies of the hospitality industry, on and offline in the areas of airline, hotel, tour, ticketing and concierge services.
In her prior roles, Bingham was integral in launching and managing Vegas Tix 4 Less and Casino Travel Tours – a Vegas.com owned and operated tour bus and ground transportation company. Her résumé also boasts success stories from a plethora of distinguished destination ecommerce sites like Mexico.com, NewOrleans.com and LasVegas.com, and al.com and kentucky.com– two successful online news and entertainment sites from the Conde Nast/ Conde Net and Knight Ridder media conglomerates. She has also held positions at a national advertising agency and an affiliate of NPR.
Bingham holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Management and Media Sales from Eastern Kentucky University. In addition to serving on the board of Win Win Entertainment, she is also an advisory board member for the Academy of Hospitality and Tourism at Valley High School.

|Jordan Fiksenbaum has been working professionally in the live entertainment industry for more than 25 years. He has been involved in numerous senior management roles specializing in: sales and marketing, business and strategic planning, general management, event programming, ticketing and operations. Within the theatre industry, he has worked on a number of award-winning productions including The Phantom of The Opera, Show Boat, Sunset Boulevard, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Ragtime, Disney’s The Lion King, Wicked, Les Misérables, Spamalot and many more. Currently serving as Cirque du Soleil’s Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations North American Resident Shows Division, Mr. Fiksenbaum is responsible for the day-to-day marketing, sales and PR activities for the nine productions currently performed in North America. Before joining Cirque du Soleil, Mr. Fiksenbaum was Vice President of Theatrical Presentations for Kimmel Center Inc. in Philadelphia, where he developed the center's inaugural theatrical season and had executive oversight and day-to-day management over all theatrical operations for the 50 productions that the center presented during his tenure. Mr. Fiksenbaum has also worked as a business consultant with a diverse group of companies including, Feld Entertainment, Dupont, The Kodak Theatre, Theatre Dreams, and the Olympics in Sydney and Salt Lake City.|
|Diahann Hall, originally from Dallas, Texas, has performed as a singer/entertainer continuously in Las Vegas for over 25 years at every Resort on the Las Vegas Strip between lounges, showrooms, corporate and special events. Diahann's in-depth background in entertainment and performance, as well as a keen eye for décor and staging, paved the way for a career as a Special Event Designer and Entertainment Specialist. Diahann's warm and cheerful nature brightens up every room, creating a friendly and positive environment the way only Texans can! She is an active member of The National Association for Catering and Events (NACE) and Las Vegas Hospitality Association (LVHA). She is involved with many non-profit charitable organizations working directly with the Desert AIDS Project in Palm Springs, The American Heart Association, March of Dimes, Lied Discovery Children's Museum, American National Red Cross and Spread the Word Nevada.|
|Founding Member||Matt Milone, Treasurer has been practicing law in Nevada since 2000 and is currently a partner at Holland & Hart. He practices primarily in the areas of health care, insurance, and constitutional law. Matt serves as the pro bono general counsel for Volunteers in Medicine of Southern Nevada (VMSN), an organization that forms and operates free medical clinics for the uninsured population of Clark County. He is the current vice president and founding member of the State Bar of Nevada's Insurance and Health Law Section. He is also an active member in the American Bar Association's Health Law Section and Physician Legal Issues sub-section. Matt holds a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, and certification in Sports Law from Tulane University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in theology and government from Georgetown University.|

Former President and COO of the Las Vegas Wranglers Professional Hockey team, Johnson was also named Las Vegas’ 2005 40 Under 40; New Hampshire’s 2002 40 Under 40; and was a finalist for the ECHL Executive of the Year Award 4 different time, including being awarded the Atlantic League Executive of the Year award in 200. Johnson’s first novel, “If I Die Tell Steve Martin I Found His Journal,” was published in July 2013; with National media appearances with CBS, NBC, CNN, ESPN, and MSNBC.|
|Jill Schneider has been the Director of Citywide Entertainment Group Sales for Caesars Entertainment for the last 5 years, overseeing the department spanning 8 properties, 36+ shows and 4 attractions including the newest addition opening this Spring- The High Roller. Prior to her current position, she owned BoxOfficeVegas.com, selling 75+ shows/tours and attractions citywide in Las Vegas. Her background is in high-end design and decor, prior to entertainment in Southern California. She has also spent 5 years working in the Destination Management Company (DMC) business, rounding out an expansive 20+ year career in all facets of the entertainment industry. She has been a board member for Nevada Women in Film, and the MS Society. In 2010, Jill was awarded the “Outstanding Partner Award” by Baskow and Associates.|
|Jason Gastwirth is senior vice president of marketing and entertainment at Caesars Entertainment, where he is responsible for managing global brands including Caesars, Harrah’s and Horseshoe, the company-wide media and PR strategies and the entertainment programming across the company's 40+ venues nationwide. Caesars is the world’s largest gaming entertainment company, hosting over 100 million guests annually at its more than 50 resorts across five continents. Gastwirth joined Caesars Entertainment Corporation as its Vice President and Executive Associate to the Chairman, President & CEO. Prior to joining Caesars, Gastwirth served as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas where he oversaw property marketing, hotel sales, revenue management, e-commerce, public relations, entertainment, sponsorship and call center operations. Gastwirth also worked at Las Vegas Sands Corp. and was a member of the Executive Team at The Venetian and Palazzo in Las Vegas, most recently as Vice President of Casino Marketing and Corporate Entertainment. Before joining the gaming industry, Gastwirth held strategy positions in San Francisco and New York at Gap Inc. and management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. Gastwirth earned his bachelor’s degree in government with honors at Harvard University and his MBA at Stanford University.|
|Cass Palmer, United Way of Southern Nevada President and CEO, has more than 25 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, government and political arenas, non-profit organizations and union environments. Known for his generous spirit, energy and positive outlook, he has led United Way to successfully improve thousands of lives in our community through education, financial stability and health. Through his leadership, United Way has galvanized volunteers and gained great momentum bringing in new workplace campaigns from companies around the valley contributing to a greater reach into southern Nevada. Before joining United Way, Palmer was the senior vice president, chief human resource officer at Tropicana Entertainment Inc. Palmer has also worked as the corporate vice president of human resources for Olympia Gaming LLC/ Southern Highlands Development Corporation, the corporate vice president of human resources for Boyd Gaming Corporation and the senior vice president of human resources at Park Place Entertainment.|
|Charles Béraud recently relocated to his native Canada - where he currently works as a Communications Strategies Consultant - after a six-year stint in Las Vegas, starting in January 2008. During this time, he served on both the national Board of Governors and the local Steering Committee of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), co-Chairing the 2013 Las Vegas Gala Dinner. He also served on the Board of the Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada (The Center), serving on its Honorarium and ARTrageous (annual-fundraisers) and Capital Campaign Committees, and chairing its Communications and Public Affairs committee. He also served on the RagTag Entertainment Board, spearheading their Graphic Design, Public Relations, and Sponsorships Strategy Development efforts. Prior to his stay in the U.S., Charles has been involved with a variety of events (Dancers for Life, Image+Nation, E=MC2), organizations (Robin des bois, Out of the Cold, AIDS Committee of Ottawa), and political campaigns on the federal, provincial and municipal levels.|
